I've been using this system to build muscle and lose weight. Great works, no one has tried it?
I found this product online and it works very well. I've been wanting to lose weight for summer and did not know how. I wonder if I'm the only one who has worked for, or if others have tried too? I found http://offto.net/biggestloserweightloss this product I was interested in him because he is from the series "The Biggest Loser". It works very well, but wonder if anyone else has tried?
I have not tried it, but I lost weight last year doing Weight Watchers.
