What will it take from Nintendo and the Wii this year at E3 to satisfy hardcore gamers?

Obviously, it will take “The Impossible” to actually satisfy hardcore gamers… that is what Nintendo has failed to do with the Wii. The majority of games that “hardcore” gamers want to play are put out for the 360 and the PS3. It’s sad…

But, on the other hand, if you are asking what Nintendo can do to satisfy the “Nintendo Fans”… then, ya… it’s definitely another Zelda title made for the Wii!!!

IF THEY DON’T announce a new Zelda title for the Wii at E3, there are going to be A LOT of disappointed fans!! EVERYBODY is talking about it (even on various tv shows on G4)… we want a new Zelda game for the Wii… we don’t want to wait for the next generation of consoles to see it!!

So… if they don’t announce a new Zelda game, then… no matter what else they do… Nintendo’s press conference will be a disappointment… HANDS DOWN!!

And YES… it would also be nice to hear that they are working on another “Super Mario” game for the Wii… I think that would be another good way to go… and a “StarFox” title would also be popular.

I’d really love to see another 2-D “Metroid” game made… especially if it was made for the Wii, and not the DS. While the 3D Metroid games were very good… I always preferred the 2-D gaming style (Super Metroid for the SNES)… that game was one of the best videogames of ALL TIME!!

Well… after watching Nintendo’s Press Conference… did they disappoint?? Maybe…

We did get “Super Mario Galaxy 2″ announced and a new Metroid game. I heard that Miyamoto talked about a new Wii Zelda game… (was that true??)… but, overall, I think that most people were still disappointed, oh well…
