that happened to me and seem to doubt them. I only remember the bad memories, some kind of emotional loss? This happens with you? It begins to doubt you are worth nothing?
I think people with BPD tend to overlook the good things that happen. Perhaps because our "black and white" thinking, if things do not fit, then there were so good to begin with. Or because our self-esteem is so low, we can not believe they deserve the good things that happen. No one, I believe that good things seem to last a short time and the bad things too long. That's just a matter of perception. Like when you go on vacation, seems to have a million years to get there, but once you're there, time passes too quickly. And anything worth doubt? I used to believe to be the antichrist or something because it hurt so much all the time, thought I was being punished. Yes, that's one thing BPD.
