Dreamcast games freezing. How can I fix this?
I recently bought a Dreamcast console off eBay. I have only three games, but I played Shenmue Jet Grind Radio and more. I realized that after playing each game a while blocked, usually after loading something. All I see is a black screen and I can still hear the music. How can I fix this?
If he plays well for a while and then crashes, not the disc or the lens (like the previous answer suggests incorrectly). Most likely an overheating problem. First check that the fan is working. If so, open the console and specks of dust off excess with a can of compressed air. Should solve your problem. (If the fan is shot, it may be cheaper to buy a used DC to repair!)
